Leverage your greatest asset — your employees — to make a big difference in college access. Employee engagement opportunities from corporate sponsors are a major source of Strive’s volunteer mentor pool, and our Partnership Team provides high-level support to create initiatives tailored to the unique needs of each corporation. Data reporting ensures that company’s can track their employee engagement and the social impact.
Last year, Deloitte, the Deloitte Foundation and Strive developed a program to utilize Deloitte professionals as Srive mentors. The online mentoring platform and the need for virtual mentors matched up well with Deloitte’s increasingly virtual workplace.
This initative has already seen over 1,100 Strive students mentored by over 700 Deliotte mentors. Check out the story of two of these Strivers, who will be heading to their dream colleges this fall - Strivers Announce College Choices.
UPS proudly supports high school students find the mentorship they need to get to college. In addition to their financial support that helps to sustain and grow Strive, UPS also mobilizing employees to volunteer with Strive online mentors. UPS also offers online college guidance and mentoring as an employee benefit.
