WHAT IS STRIVE?
Strive for College is an innovative college mentoring program that connects motivated, low-income high school students with undergraduate mentors, who guide them through the college application process and into enrollment at four-year universities and colleges, providing them with opportunities and resources to break the cycle of poverty forever.
FACT OF THE WEEK
Every year, more than 200,000 low-income students graduate from high school in America ready to go to college – but do not.

How You Can Help

Strive for College has the potential to reach students in any town, in any state, in any part of the country. We envision a nationwide network of chapters, all focused on the same goal: empowering students and connecting them to a future of opportunity.

To do it, we need your help.

What you can do:

Start a Chapter

Bring Strive for College to your university or college, and start helping students reach their potential. Our chapter model is powered by student leaders, who found and run each program, and by undergraduate students who serve as mentors.

We are always searching for interested students to bring Strive to their schools.

Support Our Program

Partnerships and community support are an essential part of our mission and our program. Strive for College is always interested in collaborating and partnering with non-profits and education initiatives, both at the national level and in local areas where our chapters operate.

Sponsors and funders are also crucial to our continued growth and success. We welcome the support of family and corporate foundations, companies, individuals, and local businesses in the communities we serve.
